Create a 1:many group coaching program with regular enrolment and offer weekly accountability and implementation help in a group coaching community.

You'll learn how to consistently book 5-10 sales appointments a week with pre-qualified and pre-sold buyers of your low ticket offer.

3. High Ticket Offer ($3K - 10K)

Finally, we'll craft your high ticket offer where you can work directly with your best clients in an intimate group mastermind for 6 months to a year.

You'll learn how to stack value in this offer and offer community-driven events like retreats, where you can build an in-person community as well.

Your high ticket offer is only sold to your best clients who are taking action and already getting big results.

On the second day, we'll take your transformation offers and brand story and use them to train ChatGPT on your brand voice.

Your new AI Marketing Copilot will make it easy to quickly create content, emails and ads that speak directly to your ideal clients.

After building your AI Marketing Copilot, we'll use it to plan out your low-ticket funnel where you can offer a 60-90 minute mini-course or workshop that attracts your ideal clients on autopilot.

You can create the mini-course with pre-existing content or schedule to teach a workshop that you can then re-purpose into a low-ticket mini-course that can sell for you on autopilot.

We will stop early for the sunset on this day and hike to Inca Inca Beach, which is 40 minutes from El Rodadero.

Using do-it-yourself templates for rapid execution, you'll launch the sales page for your low ticket offer and finish building out your sales funnel with the content, email and ads necessary to sell.

We'll launch your sales appointment booking system to pre-screen prospects and then book them in your calendar with reminders to maximize show-up rates.

We'll also cover how to sell high ticket without sales calls using Google Docs and selling by chat for those who have already successfully done lots of sales calls and want a simplified process to sell their offer.

Next, we'll put your Facebook and Instagram ads so they can go live by the end of the retreat, so get can get a daily lead flow of targeted prospects.

With the systems built that help you to scale, we'll cover how to get more leverage on your time with experiential learning in a group coaching community.

You'll get access to our marketing automation tools, processes and SOPs necessary to run a group coaching community so you can escape the trap of selling your time by the hour and start selling your expertise, not your time.

At the end of the retreat, we'll have weekly integration calls for the next month so you can refine your ads and optimize your sales funnel.

On the 4th day, we will go by boat to Tayrona National Park visiting a series of spectacular white sand beaches along the way.

Once at Tayrona, we will hike through world famous Playa Cabo San Juan and into the jungle exploring the lost history of the Tayrona peoples and the 4 remaining tribes today Arhuaco, Wiwa, Kogi, and Kankuamo who make up 30,000 indigenous people of this land.

The next day after the trip to Tayrona National Park we will focus on develop your content strategy for your group coaching community.

We'll use your product roadmap to create a content plan that covers 3 learning modules for each week of your program that can be completed in under 2 hours.

This is a challenging day learning to run profitable ads and testing your sales funnel,  so we will end early for a hike to Playa Inca Inca, which is a 45-minute  walk on a hiking trail from Playa El Rodadero.

The next thing we'll do is build your sales funnel so you can launch it, start testing to see where people are dropping out of the funnel and start running a small $10/day ad budget for testing.

We will give you templates for landing pages, emails, text messages and your online community so you can launch everything on our customized Social Creators platform, which is a white-label version of Highlevel.

You can also import everything into your own Highlevel account if you prefer that.

For the sunset, we'll do a boat trip to Playa Blanca, one of the most beautiful beaches that you can't get to by road near Santa Marta.

The next thing we'll do is build your sales funnel so you can launch it, start testing to see where people are dropping out of the funnel and start running a small $10/day ad budget for testing.

We'll share with you our standard operating procedures documents (SOPs) and the AI automation that we use in High Level to simplify our lead generation, sales booking process and provide scalable group coaching for our clients.
